Maggie covers all the fundamentals, such as paint density, washes, composition, and values. Even though I'd been painting for about a year I really benefited from her discussions and exercises. I took her class more than once!
Even though I make use of YouTube tutorials, there is no substitute for having an experienced teacher there in person to demonstrate techniques and watch you paint in order to coach you through difficulties you might be having.
